Blastrac^® Expands Customer Service
 

Blastrac is pleased to announce the addition of Bob Foote and Joanna VanHoutan to their Customer Service Department. Bob has a vast knowledge of shot blasting machines and applications, with expertise working on military orders and contracts. Bob is a Marine veteran and has 15+ years experience working for Blastrac from the San Diego office. His prior experience includes shipping and receiving, rentals, repair and technical support. Bob joined Blastrac Team Blue in Oklahoma City in mid April and has recently moved his family to the Oklahoma City area from San Diego, CA.

Joanna VanHoutan joined Blastrac in late March from a 20 year background in customer service including retail and a major data center for a national equipment rental company. She also has a working knowledge of heavy equipment and hands on machinery experience with a national tire manufacturer. Jo believes the customer comes first and applies this philosophy to her duties in the Blastrac Customer Service Department.

Blastrac’s strengthened team of Customer Service specialists will support the growing customer base of surface prep professionals, contractors, and distributors.
