Blastrac Announces the BMR-85D

The most functional and advanced machine for texturing or surface preparation on roads, bridges, streets and runways is now rolling out of production at Blastrac: the BMR 85D Multi-Task Rider.

With minimal noise levels (72dba) and added safety and comfort for the driver, the new 85D offers maximized efficiency and production over conventional walk-behind machines being used in some areas. The new application of extending the life of the surface by re-introducing micro and macro texture will be a large part of the future of infrastructure work as municipalities and DOT's struggle to keep roads within friction standards without the traditional costs associated with resurfacing.
