Victor Mah Joins Blastrac to Lead Highway and Airport Division
Victor Mah recently joined Blastrac Global as the International Technical Director for the Highway and Airport Division, which is a new sector within Blastrac.
Mah retired after 21 years as an airfield and facilities engineer with the Canadian Air Force. Prior to this, he worked for 10 years with Transport Canada. Since his retirement in 2003, Mah held executive positions with major international firms involved in the surface preparation and refurbishing business prior to joining Blastrac. Mah, who lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba, said he hopes to help Blastrac expand this new division to become a leader in the international highway and airport surface preparation industry.
βBlastrac is dynamic and has a great vision for new technology and improvements within the global surface preparation industry,β Mah said. βThe future is bright because we have so many maturing roads, bridges and airports that need refurbishing. The time is right to go in and teach people how to properly use Blastrac products to refurbish these structures in a cost effective and timely manor.β
In addition to American and Canadian efforts, Blastrac is now expanding its Highway and Airport Division in China, Brazil, Australia, Canada and South Africa.
Mah, who works from the Blastrac corporate office in Oklahoma City, said his goal is to continue the precedence of excellence set forth by other divisions of Blastrac in the new Highway and Airport Division.
